Bernie is a lovely boy 19 month old stunning chocolate boy who went into rescue as a young puppy . While he was there he had lots of freedom to run and play with other dogs .Unfortunately he struggled to adapt to the transition to a home and along with the trauma of the flight he became a very scared boy
He has moved to an experienced foster home and is now turning back into the dog we knew. He is still learning about the world and can be anxious and loud noises will startle him. He is enjoying helping in the garden and loves to be outdoors
His foster mum says he would suit an active home ideally with a calm dog . He is crate trained and clean in the house . He loves a good sniff and when he meets people is shy at first . He is a softy once he knows you and enjoys being brushed
He will need a home that will give him the time to let his confidence grow and he will need a calm and quiet environment with older quieter children only . Ideally somebody in Hampshire that could make a few visits to get to know him
