Hi, I’m Woody! I’m 2 years old, similar size to a Staffy, and I am a sweet, bouncy, and deeply affectionate boy who loves nothing more than cuddle time, sitting right on your lap. I loved living with a baby in my old home, and I would be totally okay to live with children! I ended up at the shelter through no fault of my own after a sudden allergy in my previous home. Moving to kennels was a big shock for me, the stress caused me to lose some weight. Now that I’m in a routine, my confidence has grown so much. I trot in and out of my kennel without any problems, and I will happily run up to you for treats and head scratches.

My Ideal Home
Inside the house, I am fully house-trained and very polite, whining softly near the door whenever I need to pop out to the garden. I am playful, loyal, and full of love. While I can be a little sensitive to new things at first, I easily burn off my energy with a fun game in the garden. I would love to live with Kinder, but if not, living with another resident dog would make me feel safe, give me confidence, and show me the ropes. Because I get lonely on my own, I need a patient family who will give me time to settle in.

Woody is currently in Cyprus looking for a home in UK. He will be neutered, vaccinated, chipped, treated for parasites, have his own pet passport and rescue back up from Saving Souls Animal Rescue.
