Charlie

Charlie is a strikingly beautiful young boy with a heart of gold and manners to match. His gentle soul shines through in everything he does, and he’s always eager to please. Charlie walks perfectly on a lead, making him an ideal companion for those who love taking long, leisurely strolls or enjoying more active outings. When it’s time to run and fetch, though, Charlie’s energy kicks into high gear, and he’s ready to show off his skills. He already knows some basic commands like “sit” and “paw,” proving he’s a quick learner with a desire to bond and connect.

Charlie gets along wonderfully with female dogs, and while he’s a bit more selective with male dogs, he’s still friendly and well-behaved when meeting others on walks. Off-lead, he thrives in the company of females, happily interacting and playing with them. Charlie is a toy lover at heart and is always up for a game of fetch or tug-of-war. He’s happy to let people take his toys without a fuss, though he can be a bit protective when it comes to other dogs. This is likely a habit from his time in the shelter, but with the right guidance and consistency, it’s something that can be worked on.

Smart, energetic, and eager to form strong bonds, Charlie would do best in an active home where he can get the exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship he craves.
