All about this dog…
Hux
Meet Hux, a 2.5 year old mixed breed. He is in foster in Congleton, near Stoke on Trent, UK. This boy loves a cuddle! He is affectionate, tender, a lovely dog all round. He is great natured, intelligent and loving. He currently sleeps most of day on his bed or sofa. He does have slight nervousness. He has been walking on a long lead, training is in process, he does not pull, walks generally to heal, loves a little run around on the long lead once out of the car in the field. He doesn’t pull on the lead, he is responsive, is learning to recall and will sit on command. He had no food aggression. Around other dogs he had slight nervousness but is great natured. He is fabulous with kids & people having grown up in a house with kids. He will chase cats so a cat free home please. He is house trained and he does not chew furniture or shoes. I had a crate but he was anxious to go into the kitchen, had baby gate too - not required - as long as he has his own comfortable space and bed he’s great. He sleeps well at night. He sleeps a lot during the day but perhaps due to decompressing from the move. He sleeps all night and doesn’t pester when I’m getting up. As long as he has areas / field to walk any house would work for him. He has no health issues. He needs a home who will give him a lot of love and hugs and he will come out of his shell to be a fabulous dog after settling in. Once he feels comfortable he is a happy playful dog. Hux is currently in foster in UK. He will be neutered, vaccinated, chipped, treated for parasites, have his own pet passport and rescue back up from Saving Souls Animal Rescue.
