How many wonderful doggy adjectives could describe one dog? In Dave’s case, plenty!

A firm favorite of the shelter team, this little guy hasn’t put a paw wrong since arriving as a stray. Hugely loving, immensely cuddly, and incredibly affectionate, Dave’s capacity for love knows no bounds! His affection extends not only to his human companions but also to his furry friends. Dave loves seeking out kisses and cuddles from anyone willing to share. He nestles into people’s shoulders, making sure to get close for a proper, full-body cuddle! With his doggy pals, he’s been just as sociable and kind, greeting new arrivals at the shelter, starting play with those willing or sitting quietly with the ones who need more time. Dave’s such a great all rounder, balanced and happy in equal measures. He's young, playful and active .He would benefit from a home that appreciates that he'll need both physical and mental stimulation .An active home would be just up his street.

Dave is an active dog that needs an equally active home. He could live as a single dog or with
another dog of similar size. He gets on great with all other dogs and had no issues thus far. Dave is
an escape artist and can climb out of pretty much everywhere. A secure garden is suggested and,
at least at first, he should only go out in the yard on the leash. Dave requires a large secure garden. He can be an escape artist ! This of course is in a shelter environment where they all long to leave. In a home , he could feel the need to do this less however high fencing will be needed incase Dave gets up to his old tricks !

Dave would be happy to live with other dogs or as an only dog
A companion dog would be great for him but if not, he'd be happy to meet other dogs for playtime
